OVERVIEW Welcome to RCB Europe! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RCB Europe S.R.L., an Italian corporation. RCB Europe operates this store and website (the "Services"). We are powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All information provided must be correct, current, and complete.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
We strive for accuracy in product representation. However, appearance (color/texture) may vary based on your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your subjective expectations. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. All products are intended for the uses described in the technical documentation.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock issues). Your purchase is for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export unless authorized in writing.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, VAT, AND BILLING
Prices shown for EU consumers include Italian VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping and handling are calculated at checkout. In accordance with the EU "Omnibus" Directive, any price reductions will display the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days. You represent that your payment information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
For consumer (B2C) sales, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods. For business (B2B) sales, risk passes upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will provide tracking for all shipments.
SECTION 6 - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (EU/ITALY)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee (Italian Consumer Code, Art. 128-135 septies). We are liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

Professional Installation: High-performance parts (brakes, suspension, exhausts) must be installed by a certified technician. Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse is not covered by the legal guarantee.
SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & DIMINISHED VALUE
7.114-Day Right: EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
7.2 Diminished Value: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the items. For motorcycle parts, this includes bolt marks, scratches, heat discoloration, or fluid contamination. We reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and technical imagery are owned by RCB Europe S.R.L. or its licensors. Use for personal, non-commercial purposes only is permitted.
SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES & AGENTS
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or to infringe on intellectual property.
9.1 Agents: Any automated software ("Agent") interacting with the Services must identify itself in the user-agent string as "Agent/[Name]". Agents may not circumvent security, complete CAPTCHAs, or mimic human behavior to gain an advantage during product launches.
SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCB Europe S.R.L. and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Italian Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Como, Italy. Consumers may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution through national bodies listed by the European Commission.
