RCB EUROPE – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: March 2026
1. THE 14-DAY LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/ITALY)
Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Extended Policy: For your convenience, RCB Europe extends the return request period to 30 days, provided the conditions in Section 2 are met.
2. ELIGIBILITY & "DIMINISHED VALUE" PROTECTION
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, and uninstalled.

Technical Inspection: All returns undergo a rigorous technical inspection.

Installation Marks (The "No-Fit" Rule): Because performance components (exhausts, braking systems, suspension) are safety-critical, any sign of installation—including bolt indentations, scratches on mounting brackets, heat discoloration, or traces of brake fluid—indicates the product has been "used" beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.

Refund Deductions: In accordance with Art. 57 of the Consumer Code, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods. If an item is returned with installation marks or damaged original packaging, RCB Europe reserves the right to deduct a percentage (up to 100% for safety-critical parts) from your refund.
3. RETURN PROCESS

Request: Email info.europe@rcb.com with your order number and photos of the item's current condition.

Authorization: Items sent back without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom/Special Orders: Products manufactured to your specific technical specifications.

Consumables: Lubricants, cleaning fluids, or aerosols that have been unsealed.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Purchases made during "Final Sale" events or using gift vouchers.
5. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND "RIGHT TO REPAIR"
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Transit Damage: If the box is damaged, please sign the courier’s slip "con riserva" (subject to inspection) or refuse it.

Defects: If an item is functionally defective, we will honor the 2-Year Legal Guarantee of Conformity. We reserve the right to verify if the defect was caused by improper installation by a non-certified technician before approving a warranty claim.
6. EXCHANGES
To ensure you receive the correct technical part as quickly as possible, we follow a "Return & Re-purchase" model. Return your unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired SKU.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or the calculated "diminished value" deduction.

Approved Refunds: Processed automatically to your original payment method.
